We had Bungalow No 1. Close to the beach. Nice clean bungalow. The Australian guy and his Wife and Kid who own the place are really friendly and helpful. A lovely well kept garden with some water features and some really pretty flowers.There is also a nice ground keeper who doubles as security into the evenings so you always feel safe and looked after.

Had a mate recommend asking Chris if I could jump in a bungalow while I sorted out my next place to stay on Samui.
Checked in on the 31st on January, and didn’t leave until August, having done a few trips to Cambodia to reload on visas.
Need I say more?…
7 months extremely well spent thanks to Chris and his faithful and dedicated security guard, and general hand, P’nong.
Absolutely stinging to get back ASAP!!
Oh and be sure to head over to the boardroom bar which is out the front gate, on the opposite side of the road right near the closest 7-11, many great nights had in there, and many more to come!!

Good quality little places by the beach at a good price, good distance from bars food and 7-11. Good Aircon and comfy beds. Owner is friendly and nong the security guard is super friendly. Highly recommended.

I can not speak highly enough of the Boardroom, i never wanted too leave!!

I stayed in various locations all over Samui but this has to be the best. Rooms are clean with great service. Location is fantastic, and amazing value for the money.

Chris can not do enough for you , he puts you at ease from the off . He arranged to pick us up from the airport after a long journey . The bungalow was right on the beach , idyllic. The bungalow is basic with the essential fridge and Air conditioning , but for the price paid could not be beaten , fantastic. It was so good we booked another 5 days after our visit to Koh Tao. IT is a quiet area of Koh Samui but with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants close by the location was ideal . If you are looking for Luxury the Boardroom is not for you but if you are looking for great accommodation at a budget price do not look anywhere else, you will not regret it.
